By ordering from PAINTERS SUPPLY LIMITED the customer agrees to have read fully and understood our terms and conditions. Online prices may vary from the prices charged instore.

The following is a list of our terms and conditions:

Internet Order Processing

Internet orders are subject to credit card verification and are processed in 1 - 3 days, this processing time DOES NOT include shipping days. All orders are subject to availability and limited to stock on hand. We make every effort to fill orders completely and quickly. We ask for your understanding when a product becomes unavailable and we will gladly recommend a similar product.

Refund and Exchange Policy

There are no refunds for paint colours mixed, products ordered specifically for you & also for products incorrectly purchased.  

No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis. There should be no liability on Painters Supply Limited to accept returned goods. Any goods returned by a buyer or anybody acting on his/her behalf will remain the risk of the buyer and Painters Supply Limited for the avoidance of doubt confirms that no liability of any description is accepted in respect of returned goods.

Future Orders

• Your future order will be shipped as soon as stock arrives.
• Future orders are charged as soon as they are ordered, but we will not charge shipping on Future purchases until the order is shipped.
• If you purchase both Future and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items of your order immediately.
• By paying for out-of-stock items does not guarantee availability of items.

In-Store Pickup Policy

• For free "in-store" pickup orders, you must plan to pick your order up in our store located at 5 Chelford Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire. SK10 3LG, within 3 working days.     
• We will NOT ship your order if you select this option.

Shipping Policy

• We arrange, on your behalf and responsibility, shipment with InXpress Webship to make the delivery.
• We do not ship to other countries or Northern Ireland.
• Ultimate liability for your package is between you and the carrier. (InXpress Webship)
• You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
• We are not responsible for any damages due to InXpress Webship shipping process.

• Butane 4.5kg, 7kg, 15kg
• Propane 3.9kg, 6kg, 13kg, 19kg, 47kg
• Forklift Truck Gas 12kg, 18kg                         
• Patio Gas & BBQ gas
• Camping Gas 907, 904, Leisure Gas 007           
• Or any gas products not allowed by carriers.   
• Any paint & liquid products over 5 Litres. 
• Ladders & Stepladders.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED BY 12.00pm GMT for fulfillment and shipping on the same day.

Please note that delays by InXpress Webship are not our responsibility.
Delivery Service - approximately 1-6 working days in transit, We will normally use Next Day service but this is subject to carriers after it leaves our premises.
Please note, a street address is required for all shipments. We DO NOT ship to a PO BOX address, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, Hospitals, Military Bases, Colleges, Cruise Ships and Hotels.

We offer a "Comments or requirements" notation if you would like a specific delivery date. We will make every attempt to meet your request.

InXpress Webship does not pick up shipping orders on Saturday or Sunday so if you order on one of those days, InXpress Webship will begin their process for transit on Monday!

Stock Levels

Stock levels are based on our live-stock and are as accurate as possible. They are not a guarantee that the stock is available, call 01625 502121 for accurate availability.  

Age Restriction

Knives & Blades may be sold only to persons at least 21 years of age.

By placing an order, you are warranting to us that you are 21 years of age. Knives & Blades may be delivered only to persons at least 21 years of age. Our shippers will require a signature of someone at least 21 years of age at the time of delivery. Positive ID may be required. If the items are returned to us for failure to provide positive proof of age, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

PAINTERS SUPPLY LIMITED requires that each order contain the correct name, billing address, CVC code and postcode for the credit card used. If the information you provide is not an exact match, we will not process your order and accept no liability regarding your order or timeliness of delivery.

Liability
